One large or two small
- 1 banana
- 1 scoop your favorite vanilla or chocolate protein powder
- 2 tsp raw cacao powder
- 1 tsp organic maca powder
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 serving probiotic (1 capsule or suggested serving of powder probiotic)
- 1/4 tsp organic cinnamon powder
- Pinch of ground cardamom seeds
- 1 cup water (or almond, coconut, or oat milk)
