INGREDIENTS

  • 1 banana
  • 1 scoop your favorite vanilla or chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tsp raw cacao powder
  • 1 tsp organic maca powder
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 serving probiotic (1 capsule or sug­gested serving of powder probiotic)
  • 1/4 tsp organic cinnamon powder
  • Pinch of ground cardamom seeds
  • 1 cup water (or almond, coconut, or oat milk)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Garnish with shredded dark chocolate and serve immediately.
