Health first: When i was in my late 40s and experiencing menopause, I realized I needed to take control of my health to ensure longevity and joy. Retirement wish: I want to enjoy those years given the hard work to get to retirement, so I’m focusing on my health now.
Support system: I value the support of my friends and family when it comes to pursuing my goals, supporting my food prep and nutrition plans and my time to work out.
Game on: When I tell people I play football–touch football–at my age with much younger teammates, I think they smile in surprise.
World explorer: I am most happy when I am traveling to new places and enjoying the positive wonders of this world.

Magic number: The day I turned 50–something magical happened that day. I had spent my whole life being a daughter, sister, friend and then mother. While these were roles I was proud to play, I did not feel like I was my true self. When I turned 50, I realized I had come full circle as a woman and I wanted to look and feel strong and confident.
Solo time: I am most happiest when I am alone. I love training at the gym all by myself, focusing that one hour on being my strongest self. I am also happiest spending time by myself either shopping, enjoying a coffee or being at home snuggled on my sofa with a good book.
Sing it, Aretha: I value respect most when it comes to my husband. It hasn’t always been easy in my marriage but respecting one another is absolutely the most important aspect in any marriage.

Age: 47
Level up: A time in my life that defined me as a person was when I learned the value of lifting up others to a higher level.
Time to party: My best friend loves that i can bring life to any party! There isn’t any place that can’t be turned into a dance floor!
The greatest gift: Having the ability to empower others.
Happy place: Getting sun kissed on a beach, listening to the waves roll in while sipping on pina colada!
Hop to it: I love catching frogs! But I am also absolutely terrified of snakes!
Shout it out: My favorite workout is when I am challenging myself so hard that I am squealing in agony–everyone knows when Robin’s in the gym!

Better than ever: I recovered from hip replacement and came back stronger and fitter.
Never not up and at ‘em: I always want to do something active.
Let’s hear it for me: I am most proud of being a strong, capable, confident grandmother.
Musical skills: I played the accordion for 8 years.
Tempo time: My favourite workout is weight training with tempo.
Cry it out: The last time I cried was when hurricane Ian destroyed my vacation home this year.
Most scared of: Snakes and loss of health (and so I value when loved ones have an interest in their health
